Belfast Visitor and Convention Bureau (BVCB) has confirmed that it has officially changed its name to Visit Belfast, allowing it to more clearly communicate its focus and renewed sense of purpose and mission.

Visit Belfast recently unveiled an ambitious suite of exciting new plans for 2013 and beyond after turning in an outstanding economic contribution to the city in 2012 worth around £60 million in 2012 alone.

Visit Belfast is a public/private partnership supported by Belfast City Council, NITB, and commercial partners Diageo NI and Value Cabs. Its membership also includes around 500 businesses from the city’s tourism and hospitality industry.
