‘Calm is a super power’
This is what the Ardmore Team learned in this month’s #WeArdmore Wellness Session. We were given a relaxing guided meditation from Ted X speaker, Bridgeen Rea-Kaya of Immeasurable Minds, Belfast.
We learned how to harness our inner resource of calm, through meditation, breathing techniques and being present in the moment.  It’s important every now and again to remind ourselves to ‘just breathe’.
