Teamwork makes the dream work… right?
You might have been lucky enough to see our totally exhausted, red faces splashed across the Ardmore social channels last Friday when we held our highly competitive Ardmore Sports Day, all thanks to #TeamHappiness.
Strategically split into 4 different teams (Keane, Irwin, Bowen & Craig) we battled head-to-head on a number of novelty races including: a sack race, egg and spoon, assault course (involving a questionable hula hoop & bean-bag run) and a tug of war.
With our factor 50 on, we embraced the glorious weather for some healthy workplace rivalry surrounded by our Ardmore friends and families!
After much deliberation, and maybe just a pinch of rule-bending, Team Irwin swept up the trophy in an adrenaline-fuelled tug of war rematch.
To top it all off, we indulged in a fantastic BBQ and ice cream selection kindly supplied by our Client, Dale Farm.
Thank you to #TeamHappiness for organising the event and to everyone who participated – because obviously it’s the taking part that counts! But on a more serious note, we, as such a large team across a fully-integrated advertising Agency, sought this opportunity to build and enhance workplace relationships, interpersonal communication skills and, of course, teamwork!
