After a few weeks of WFH and missing our fellow team members, our bodies and minds were deserving of a little TLC! Therefore we organised a WFH recovery session with wellness instructor Laura H.

During this session, we were taught a series of movements and stretches to help lengthen our spines and release tight necks and shoulders.

We also took the opportunity to pause and breathe, learning mindfulness techniques proven to help boost mental performance, as well as help manage work and life stress.

Overall, a fantastic session and a positive approach to #BlueMonday
