World Mental Health Day

10th October was world mental health day, so here at Ardmore we took some time out together to have a chat and a break.

We enjoyed a cup of tea, a few biscuits and shared how we look after our own mental health. Some of our top tips from the day included exercise, playing snooker, positive affirmations and talking it through. Big thanks to #TeamHappiness for organising!
