What you’ll be doing:
- Campaign Support: Work with the social media team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
- Content Support: Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Analytics & Reporting: Assist in tracking and analysing social media performance metrics. Learn to use tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, to report on key metrics and suggest improvements.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform updates. Contribute ideas for content and campaigns that leverage current trends.
- Creative Input: Share ideas for new content, social media strategies, and innovative ways to engage our audience and clients.
- Client Engagement: Help monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels, ensuring timely and engaging interactions with our audience and clients.
- Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to develop your skills in social media and digital marketing.
- General Support: Provide administrative support to the social media team, including scheduling meetings, and other ad hoc tasks.

What you’ll need:
We’re open to various levels of experience and qualifications, but the ideal candidate will possess:
Experience:
- At least 2 years of industry experience with examples of relevant work
Qualifications:
- A degree in Digital Marketing with examples of relevant work, or
- A Social Media Apprenticeship with examples of relevant work
- Relevant industry certifications would be advantageous, particularly a Meta Ads certification
Skills:
- A strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
- A solid understanding of major social media platforms.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
Other Requirements
- Flexible and adjustable with the ability to work additional hours when required.
- Hold a current & valid Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- Satisfactory employment references. One should be your current or most recent employer.
