We had the pleasure of working alongside our Client, Progressive Building Society, on their 103rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) which took place on Thursday 26th April 2018.
With a strong sense of loyalty to their Members and the surrounding community, this year we wanted to raise awareness of the benefits of attending and voting at the Society’s AGM.
As part of the project, we produced three documents (Annual Report, Summary Financial Statement & Voting Guide) which highlighted Progressive’s financial performance, Member & Staff testimonials, community work and charitable donations.. We used the recent ‘Help to find your happy place’ campaign imagery throughout to inject a sense of belonging, with each image capturing Progressive’s role in life’s big moments, such as unpacking the boxes when you move into your first home!
We also created an animated infographic which showed how Members could have their say in this year’s AGM. The step-by-step voting guide was distributed on Progressive’s Facebook and Twitter pages, and on each of the Branch window display monitors. Progressive also kindly pledged to donate 20p for every postal and £1 for every online vote cast which resulted in a donation of £2,500 to Cancer Focus Northern Ireland! Following this, we created a suite of complementary online posts, such as an animated video which highlighted Progressive’s financial performance figures from 2017, and a £91,000 donation back into the community in Northern Ireland!
