We were delighted to work alongside our Client, Progressive Building Society on the launch of their Northern Ireland Savings Week from the 10th – 15th September. This was a special occasion for our Client given that it was Progressive’s first Savings Week and a first for Northern Ireland, so it was imperative that we created a sense of excitement and anticipation for the big event!
In preparation for Savings Week we created a 30” supportive radio ad and 5 x 60” TV edits that aired each night (Monday to Friday) on the UTV ad break.
The aim of this campaign was to communicate the benefits of saving (even a little every month) and the top tips for doing so!
The ads were hosted by TV superstar Sarah Travers, and featured a Progressive Branch Manager, a collection of Progressive Members, a Savings Expert, and a handful of adorable children discussing their savings goals and aspirations (a mini pig, and castle were amongst the favourites!)
In addition to the TV and radio campaign, we created some in branch collateral including pop ups, and branding for chocolate coins.
We really hope this week has created some healthy savings habits across Northern Ireland and we look forward to receiving the results.
