The team at Ardmore was delighted to work alongside our Client Progressive Building Society, promoting the return of NI Savings Week for the second year.
Running from the 9th- 15th September, we wanted to build on last year’s hugely successful campaign, discovering how the Northern Irish public saves and communicating just how important saving is.
To create awareness ahead of the campaign, we ran OOH activity which counted down to the launch, building anticipation for the week-long savings event.
Throughout the week, we aired 5 TV ads during the UTV Live commercial break, hosted once again by popular presenter Sarah Travers. To capture a variety of information and opinions, we spoke to branch managers, first-time buyers and a popular online blogger, to find out their experiences of saving. This was coupled with footage from the streets of Belfast, where we explored what the public are saving for.
In addition to our key TV spots, we partnered with a well- known local Northern Irish lifestyle influencer Emma Martin of Littlewood Life, who shared her own savings goals and tips across her social channels. Our campaign sought to highlight the importance of saving, be it even a small amount, and how every one of us can make small changes to work towards our bigger financial goals.
