Stena Line worked in partnership with Tourism Ireland in order to create a campaign which aimed to increase tourism to all the beautiful attractions of the Island of Ireland and increase travel on Stena Line ferries. Some of the beautiful attractions used in this campaign to promote tourism to Ireland includes Irelands Ancient East at the Rock of Cashel Co Tipperary, the atmospheric Kings road from the Game of Thrones®, otherwise known as County Antrim’s, Dark Hedges or there’s the real drama of Belfast’s Titanic Exhibition, Dublin’s 1,000 pubs including Johnnie Fox’s Pub, the glorious Causeway Coastal and the famous Giants Causeway attraction to the Slieve League Cliffs along the Wild Atlantic Way, Co Donegal. Wherever it is, Stena Line have you covered with 20% off selected routes.
This campaign ran across a number of different platforms including radio and press. The original creative designs came from Lime creative agency in London where we then shaped the copy and design for use in the press in titles such as the Daily Mail, The Herald Package, Western Telegraph and Metro North West package along with many more. We set out to promote travel with Stena Line highlighting the “different world next door,” by working with our friends at Street Monkey we recorded 3 radio ads which aired on Smooth London, Smooth North Wales, Smooth South Wales, Smooth Glasgow and Smooth North West as well as Classic FM London and many more.
This campaign was live in September and October 2016.
