This campaign got us in the mood for a holiday!
At the beginning of May, Translink launched a new fleet of double decker buses for their Airport Express Bus Service. These weren’t just any buses… with new livery, free Wi-Fi, leather seats and charging points, users can now travel in optimum luxury and style!
The overall campaign sought to promote both the Airport Express 300 & 600 services. It would run in two bursts, with the first burst across May and June being specific to Airport 300 and the second burst across July and August relating to both Airport Express 300 & 600.
We were tasked with creating a campaign which delivered on the objectives of increasing patronage, promoting the services and highlighting their frequency and convenience from Belfast Europa Buscentre direct to Belfast Airports. With a saving on fuel, parking and time… why would you travel any other way?
Our creative is bright and eye catching, incorporating the key benefits of the service with a background of famous monuments from across the world to give it that holiday feeling! It was essential that information was clear, concise and easy to digest in relation to both the fare and the service’s benefits. We also designed some safety vinyls to reflect the same creative whilst ensuring they were noticeable and easy to understand. As a further extension to this campaign, we also created a BIA bus shelter wrap highlighting the services to airport users.
Our media targeted the leisure market heading on holiday and the campaign as a whole went live across print, digital, transit, outdoor and radio.
