Travelling with Translink is always the smart move. Saving time and money, means that you can catch up on the more important things in your life whilst arriving at your destination relaxed and refreshed. And if that wasn’t enough, you’ll also do your bit for the environment by getting out of your car.
But rather than Translink telling you this, we felt that it would be more authentic for some of their 1.5 million passengers to do so. For their most recent campaign we recruited over 50 Translink users and focused our campaign on 5 of these real people who would show us their Translink story and how it benefited their daily life.
And with that the Smartmovers were born. Whether that be Ray who uses his time on the Enterprise to get ahead at work, or Rebecca who saves money on her travel with yLink and uses the savings to splash out on her favourite gig tickets.
The campaign itself is fully integrated across various platforms including video, radio, outdoor, transit, digital and social media all linked by the hashtag #Smartmovers which sits at the heart of all activity. This approach encouraging other passengers to get involved and share their positive Translink stories online.
So, the only question remaining is when will you become a smartmover?
